Official Appointment properties guarantee members a minimum 10% discount off the standard room rates published in Tour Book Guides – Above rates reflect this discount! • Above rates do not apply to groups, special events, conventions, weekends or holidays. • CHECK IN 2:00 PM • CHECK OUT 10:00 AM – Cars may remain parked until 12:00 noon. • Call during office hours only, 9 AM to 9 PM! • Reservations held until 5 PM, unless notified of late arrival. • No Refunds Due to Inclement Weather • Rates subject to All N.J. Tax (6.625% Sales Tax, 3.15% N.J. Occupancy Fee and 3.85% Tourism Tax). • A deposit of $275.00 required with reservation, credited to last night’s stay. • Personal checks accepted on advance deposit only. • Deposits & Payments refundable if notified (21) days in advance of arrival date, subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Balance Due On Arrival (Cash, Travelers Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MC, Discover or Debit Cards) • Guests who wish to invite visitors to spend days or nights must request, register and pay in advance, conditions permitting. No refund for early departure. No one is entitled to a refund for any reason including, but not limited to early checkout and no-shows. The customer is responsible for the entire number of days reserved. • Any payment is non-transferable • Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of all amounts prepaid. • No bicycles or beach chairs permitted in rooms. Sorry No Pets. No portable radios allowed on outside premises. • Some dates require a minimum stay. Additional charge for 2 nights or less in July and August.
